摘　　要：[目的]了解新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情防控期间儿科护士的心理弹性水平,并分析其与社会支持的相关性。[方法]采用便利抽样法,2020年1月-2020年2月选取284名儿科护士进行调查。[结果]新冠肺炎疫情防控期间儿科护士心理弹性总分为(57.47±13.03)分,条目得分为(2.30±0.52)分,处于中等水平,其中各维度得分分别为力量感(2.58±0.57)分、坚韧性(2.19±0.57)分、乐观性(2.10±0.56)分,多元回归分析结果显示编制情况、子女个数是影响儿科护士心理弹性水平的因素(P<0.05),且相关性分析显示心理弹性与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.403,P<0.01)。[结论]新冠肺炎疫情防控期间儿科护士心理弹性水平有待提高,尤其在坚韧性及乐观性方面,可考虑通过给予护士全面社会支持等提高护士心理复原力。Objective:To understand the psychological resilience of pediatric nurses during the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation and to analyze its correlation with social support.Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,atotal of 284 pediatric nurses were selected for investigation from the end of January 2020 to February 2020.Results:During the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation,the total score of pediatric nurses′psychological resilience was(57.47±13.03),and the average score was(2.30±0.52),which was at an intermediate level.The sense of strength score was(2.58±0.57),the resilience score(2.19±0.57),and the optimism score(2.10±0.56).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the status of job registration and the number of children were the factors affecting the psychological resilience of pediatric nurses(P<0.05),and the correlation analysis showed that psychological resilience was positively correlated with social support(r=0.403,P<0.001).Conclusions:During the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic situation,the psychological resilience of pediatric nurses needs to be improved,especially in terms of resilience and optimism.The psychological resilience of nurses can be improved by giving them comprehensive social support.
