摘　　要：提升高校思想政治教育亲和力日益成为高校思想政治教育的重要途径。文章通过梳理高校思想政治教育亲和力相关文献,探索高校思想政治教育亲和力的概念界定、内在层次及特征、困境表现,以及提升思想政治教育亲和力所基于的理论基础、传统和创新路径,以期为思想政治教育工作者的教育教学实践和深入研究提供借鉴。To improve the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has become an important way of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In this paper,by analyzing the ideological and political education affinity related literature,exploring the definition of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,internal level and the characteristic,the predicament and improve ideological and political education based on the theoretical basis of affinity,tradition and innovation path,so as to provides reference for the ideological and political education workers’teaching practice and in-depth research.
