摘 要:面对电力系统产生的大量数据,传统预测系统已经表现出明显不适应性,并存在预测误差大的问题,为了有效缓解该问题,设计了基于大数据的智能配电网三相不平衡负荷预测系统。根据硬件部署结构,初始化配置以STM32F101最小系统为核心的数据采集器,依据MODBUS通信协议使信息采集管理模块与负荷预测模块数据共享。使用光耦隔离方式设计电源转换电路,结合三相控制开关,完成硬件部分设计。在大数据环境下分析三相不平衡负荷特点,计算电流输入层和隐层之间多点负荷线性关系,完成节点间的权值修正,依据负荷预测流程实现三相不平衡负荷预测系统设计。由实验结果可知,该系统比传统系统预测误差小,为配电网安全运行提供了理论依据。The traditional forecasting system has shown obvious inadaptability and has the large prediction error due to the large amount of data generated by power system.In order to effectively alleviate these problems,a big data based three-phase unbalanced load prediction system for intelligent distribution network is designed.The data collector with STM32F101 minimal system as the core is initially configured by means of the hardware deployment structure.According to MODBUS communication protocol,the data sharing between information collection management module and load prediction module is realized.The power conversion circuit is designed with the photocoupler isolation mode.The hardware design is completed in combination with the three-phase control switch.In the large data environment,the characteristics of three-phase unbalanced load are analyzed,the linear relationship of multi-point load between current input layer and hidden layer is calculated,the weights among nodes are corrected,and the three-phase unbalanced load prediction system is designed according to the load forecasting process.The experimental results show that the prediction error of the system is smaller than that of the traditional system.The proposed system provides a theoretical basis for the safe operation of the distribution network.
