摘  要:为了提高铸铝制造行业中铝锭厚度控制的效率和精度,在对测厚原理、图像处理算法与工厂需求指标等研究的基础上,结合HSV色彩空间和Hough变换等图像处理技术,提出铝锭在线测厚的方法,并通过Matlab对其进行了仿真验证,结果证明该设计方案有效地提高了铝锭在线测厚精度。On the basis of the research of thickness measurement principle,image processing algorithm and factory demand index,an online thickness measurement method for aluminum ingot is proposed in combination with HSV(Hue,Saturation and Value)color space,Hough transform and other image processing technologies to improve the efficiency and precision of aluminum ingot thickness control in cast aluminum manufacturing industry.The simulation and verification of the above-mentioned method are performed by Matlab.The results prove that this design scheme effectively improves the precision of online thickness measurement of the aluminum ingot.
