摘　　要：随之互联网技术的迅猛发展,计算机技术的发展与普及,教育大数据在教学管理过程中正逐步扮演非常重要的角色。在高校的教学管理和质量工程申报过程中,教师数据采集是个各项评估、审核、立项、数据采集的必要工作之一。如何通过构建教师信息共享平台来实现最大限度的减少数据冗余、数据统一、数据准确、最新数据就显得尤为重要,本文以吉林师范大学博达学院计算机教师信息共享平台建设为例,阐述了在教育大数据下探索教师信息共享平台的构建与机制研究,为同类院校教育大数据的发展提供一定参考。With the rapid development of Internet technology and the development and popularization of computer technology, education big data is gradually playing a very important role in the process of teaching management. In the process of teaching management and quality engineering declaration in colleges and universities, teacher data collection is one of the necessary tasks in evaluation, audit, project establishment and data acquisition. How to minimize data redundancy, data unity and data accuracy through the construction of teacher information sharing platform, the latest data is particularly important. Taking the construction of computer teacher information sharing platform in Boda College of Jilin normal University as an example, this article expounds the construction and mechanism of exploring the construction and mechanism of teacher information sharing platform under the educational big data, so as to provide some reference for the development of big data in similar colleges and universities.
