摘  要:商合杭铁路芜湖长江公铁大桥主桥为主跨588 m的双塔双索面高低塔箱桁组合梁斜拉桥,该桥钢主梁采用箱桁组合结构。主桥钢梁节段船运至桥位,在主墩墩旁搭设简易钢支架,采用1000 t浮吊吊装、拖拉滑移法架设主墩墩顶节段钢梁;拼装800 t变幅式桅杆起重机后双悬臂架设钢梁至辅助墩;辅助墩墩顶钢梁采用800 t浮吊吊装架设,桥面架梁吊机再悬臂架设钢梁至边墩,将边墩墩顶钢梁分层叠放后再依次用架梁吊机吊装就位;中跨合龙段利用无为侧架梁吊机提升,采取部分斜拉索索力调整、桥塔墩墩顶顶推纵移、温差调整等措施,实现了高精度、快速顺利合龙。The main bridge of Wuhu Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou Railway is a cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 588 m.The bridge has two pylons with different heights,the stay cables are arranged in double cable planes and the main girder adopts the box-truss composite structure.The steel girder sections of the main bridge were delivered to the bridge site by barges.Simple steel scaffolds were installed beside the main piers,and the sections on the tops of the main piers were hoisted by the floating crane with a capacity of 1000 t and erected into place by the pulling and slipping method.The 800 t capacity derrick crane was assembled and used to erect the steel girders to auxiliary piers by two-cantilever method.The steel girders on the tops of the side piers were stacked layer by layer,and erected to position by girder erection crane.The closure section in the central span was hoisted by the girder erection crane on the Wuwei side.A series of measures were taken to realize the rapid and smooth closure of the girder with high precision,such as adjusting the cable forces of some stay cables,pushing and longitudinally moving girder sections on the tops of pylon piers and adjusting temperature differences.
