摘 要:精密机械设计课程教学存在的问题主要包括理论教学以课堂讲解为主,动手能力有待提高,机械综合设计实践环节的形式和题目有待改善。论述了计算机虚拟样机技术及其在精密机械设计教学中的应用,如在课堂教学中采用ADAMS辅助,增强学生对基本概念的理解,在精密机械设计实验中与ADAMS相结合,鼓励在精密机械设计教学中应用ADAMS进行建模分析,以提高学生的自主学习积极性,锻炼学生应用和掌握现代化设计方法的能力。The problems in the teaching of the course of precision mechanical design mainly include that the theory teaching is mainly based on the explanation in class,the practical ability needs to be improved,and the form and problems of the practical link of the comprehensive mechanical design need to be improved. This paper discusses the technology of computer virtual prototype and its application in the teaching of precision machinery design. For example,in the classroom teaching,ADAMS is used to assist students to enhance their understanding of basic concepts. In the experiment of precision machinery design,ADAMS is combined with it. In the teaching of precision machinery design,ADAMS is encouraged to be used for modeling and analysis,so as to improve students’ enthusiasm for independent learning,and to exercise students’ application and palm grasp the ability of modern design method.
