摘  要:目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间规范化培训护士的自我效能、工作压力水平,分析自我效能和工作压力的相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取四川省某三甲医院的451名规范化培训护士进行问卷调查。结果规范化培训护士的自我效能平均得分为(27.82±0.61),护士工作压力平均得分为(2.07±0.51),自我效能和工作压力成负相关(r=-0.206,P<0.05)。结论护理管理者在规范化护士的培养过程中,应采取措施提高其自我效能水平,减低其职业压力,促进其心理健康。Objective To investigate the current state of nurse’s self-efficacy and job stressors,to explore the relationship between them in the period of coronavirus disease(COVID-19),and provide evidence for the training.Methods Totally 451 junior nurses receiving standardized training were investigated by questionnaires.Results The mean score of nurses’self-efficacy is(27.82±0.61).The nurses showed a low level of job stress(2.07±0.51).There was a significantly negative correlation between nurse’s self-efficacy and job stressors(r=-0.206,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve nurse’s self-efficacy,reduce their job stress and promote their mental health.
