摘  要:高水平博士研究生教育是推进高校“双一流”建设、实现高层次人才培养目标的关键点和突破口。博士生培养质量主要取决于博士生导师的指导绩效水平,因此评价博士生导师的指导绩效,是对导师的指导能力、教育质量和指导对象博士生的培养质量的双重评价,是博士生教育与管理发展的必然趋势。目前学者对研究生导师指导绩效的系统研究非常之少,或仅探索指标体系的构建方法而未能进一步实操评价。本文基于绩效管理理论,思考如何以博士生培养质量为导向、以中医院校博士生导师绩效评价指标体系的构建与实践为支点开展绩效管理的路径与方法。High-level doctoral education is the key point and breakthrough point for promoting the construction of“double first-class”in colleges and universities and realizing the goal of training high-level talents.The quality of doctoral students’training mainly depends on the level of instructional performance of doctoral tutors.Therefore,evaluating the guidance performance of doctoral tutors is a dual evaluation of the tutor’s guiding ability,the quality of education and the quality of the doctoral students.It is an inevitable trend of doctoral education and management development.At present,scholars have very little systematic research on the performance of graduate tutors,or they only explore the construction methods of the indicator system and fail to further evaluate them.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper considers how to develop the quality management of doctoral students and the path and method of performance management based on the construction and practice of the performance evaluation index system of doctoral tutors in university of Chinese medine.
