摘　　要：目的探讨考试焦虑的医学生心理弹性及其对情绪Stroop效应的影响。方法采用《Sarason考试焦虑量表》《中国版心理弹性量表》以及以情绪词汇作为刺激材料的情绪Stroop范式,对233名在校大学生实施测试。结果①女生的考试焦虑得分(21.97±5.97)显著高于男生(20.34±6.15)t=2.046,(P<0.05);②临床医学专业大学生的心理弹性得分(67.74±11.99)显著高于非临床医学专业大学生(63.20±12.77)(t=2.759,P<0.01);③医学生考试焦虑得分与心理弹性得分呈显著负相关(r=0.145,P<0.05);④高考试焦虑个体的消极情绪Stroop效应量(52.07±71.44)显著大于低考试焦虑个体(26.54±87.37)(t=-5.715,P<0.01);⑤考试焦虑水平与情绪词汇类型的交互作用显著。结论医学生考试焦虑水平男生高于女生;心理弹性越高,越不容易考试焦虑;高考试焦虑者在消极情绪刺激上的反应时间更长,存在负性注意偏向。Objective To explore the resilience of medical students with test anxiety and its effect on emotional Stroop effect.Methods A total of 233 college students were tested using the Sarason Test Anxiety Scale,The Connor Davidson Resilience Scale and the emotional Stroop paradigm with emotional vocabulary as stimulating material.Results(1)The test anxiety scores of female students(21.97±5.97)were significantly higher than that of male students(20.34±6.15)(t=2.046,P<0.05).(2)The scores of resilience of clinical medical college students(67.74±11.99)were significantly higher than that of non-clinical medical students(63.20±12.77)(t=2.759,P<0.01);(3)Medical students’test anxiety scores were significantly negatively correlated with resilience scores(r=0.145,P<0.05);(4)The amount of negative emotion Stroop effect of high test anxious individuals was significantly greater than that of low test anxietious individuals(26.54±87.37)(t=-5.715,P<0.01)(5)The interaction between test anxiety level and emotional vocabulary types was significant.Conclusion The male students’anxiety level is higher than that of females.The higher the resilience,the less likely it is to test anxiety.The high test anxiety individuals have a longer reaction time on the negative stimulus,and there is the negative attention bias.
