摘  要:目的研究医学院学生的学习风格分布,为教学改革提供参考。方法采用2006年发布的VARK量表,调查某医学院学生的学习风格。结果(1)单一学习风格以K型为主,占比为50.72%,不同性别、年级、专业的比较均没有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=6.103,5.624,1.770,P=0.107,0.467,0.621);(2)双重学习风格主要为RK型和AK型,占比分别为33.33%和28.57%,不同性别的比较有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=11.053,P=0.026),不同年级、专业的比较均没有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=13.087,5.786,P=0.109,0.216);(3)三重学习风格以ARK型为主,占比为47.06%,不同性别、年级、专业的比较均没有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=2.550,2.267,2.034,P=0.466,0.894,0.565);(4)四重学习风格主要分布在医学检验专业一年级女生中;(5)倾向重数分布中以单一倾向为主,占比55.65%,不同性别、年级的比较均没有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=2.394,11.800,P=0.495,0.067),不同专业的比较有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=11.260,P=0.010);(5)单一倾向学习风格强弱分析中,主要是单一倾向一般,占比为72.46%,不同性别、年级、专业的比较没有统计学上的显著差异(χ^2=0.873,1.790,0.127,P=0.646,0.774,0.938)。结论医学院学生以单一学习风格为主,且强度为一般,主要是运动实践型。双重学习风格则主要是运动实践型加读写型。三重学习风格主要是综合了运动实践型、读写型和听觉型。Objective Study of learning style of medical students,Provide reference for reform in education.Methods Using the VARK questionnaire released in 2006,investigate the Learning Style of Medical Students.Results(1)It was mainly K type for single learning style,the propotion was 50.72%,there were no statistically significant difference in different genders,grades,majors(χ^2=6.103,5.624,1.770,P=0.107,0.467,0.621).(2)It was mainly RK and AK type for double learning style,the proportion was 33.33%and 28.57%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference in different genders(χ^2=11.053,P=0.026),there were no statistically significant difference in different grades,majors(χ^2=13.087,5.786,P=0.109,0.216).(3)It was mainly ARK type for treble learning style,the propotion was47.06%,there were no statistically significant difference in different genders,grades,majors(χ^2=2.550,2.267,2.034,P=0.466,0.894,0.565).(4)Quadruple learning style is distributed mainly in female students of freshmen for Medical laboratory major.(5)It was mainly single orientation for inclination repeat numbers,the propotion was 55.65%,there were no statistically significant difference in different genders,grades(χ^2=2.394,11.800,P=0.495,0.067),there were statistically significant difference in different majors(χ^2=11.260,P=0.010).(6)It is general for degree analysis of single inclination learning style,the propotion was 72.46%,there were no statistically significant difference in different genders,grades,majors(χ^2=0.873,1.790,0.127,P=0.646,0.774,0.938).Conclusion It was mainly single learning style for medical students,general for degree,and mainly kinesthetic.It was mainly kinesthetic and read/write for double.It was mainly kinesthetic,read/write and aural for treble.
