摘　　要：习近平青年思想来源于马克思主义的青年观,是一个内涵丰富的理论指引体系,青年是一个国家与民族最重要的组成部分,青年强则国家强,一个国家的命运掌握在年轻人的手中。习近平青年思想要求医学生“勤学、修德、明辨、笃实”,要求医学生树立崇高的理想信念。高校教育工作者在习近平青年思想的指引下引导医学生用科学的理论武装自己,同时建立理论和实践一体的医德教育体系,通过思政教育和医学专业教育同向共行来做好医学生的思想引导。习近平新时代青年思想对医学生的成才具有重要的现实指导意义。Xi Jinping’s youth thought is derived from the Marxist concept of youth.It is a theoretical guidance system with rich connotations.Young people are the most important part of a country and a nation.Strong youths lead to a strong country.The destiny of a country is in the hands of young people.Xi Jinping’s youth thought requires medical students to be“diligent,moral,distinguished and honesty”youth,that would establish lofty ideals and beliefs.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s youth thoughts,college educators should guide medical students to use their own scientific theories to arm themselves as well as establish a medical ethics education system that integrates theory and practice together,combining ideological-political education and medical professional education together do a good job in thoughts leading of medical students.Xi Jinping’s youth thought in the new era has important practical guiding significance for the success of medical students.
