摘　　要：医疗援疆作为中央治疆方案中重要的组成,为解决民生问题作出了贡献,围绕康复医学建设的人才要求,提出康复医师注重西医教育基础,注重专业化培训;要多途径引进人才;注重学科带头人培养;强调康复治疗师的资质教育和临床实践教育。As an important component of the Central Governance Plan,medical assistance to Xinjiang has contributed to solving the problems of people’s livelihood.Focusing on the talent requirements for rehabilitation medicine construction,it is proposed that rehabilitation physicians focus on the foundation of western medical education and focus on professional training;we must introduce talents through multiple channels;Emphasis is placed on the cultivation of subject leaders;the qualification education and clinical practice education of rehabilitation therapists are emphasized.
