摘  要:随着我国"新课改"的全面实施,各类课程都展开了不同程度的教学改革。体育教学作为促进学生健康发展的基本途径之一,其改革创新之路也受到了高度的重视。传统的体育教学只重视发展身体素质,忽略了学生心理素质等的全面发展。而素质拓展训练在促进学生的身心健康发展和提高学生的社会适应能力等方面有着良好的效果。因此,以素质拓展训练在体育教学改革中的应用为对象进行深入研究,发现素质拓展训练在运动技能教授和学生心理素质培养方面都能够融入体育教学改革中,具有锻炼学生竞争意识、增强学生的创新能力。希望通过分析研究,能够完善素质拓展训练在体育教学改革中的应用,促进学生的综合素质能力的全面发展。With the comprehensive implementation of"new curriculum reform"in China,teaching reform on all kinds of courses has been carried out in different degrees. Physical education,as one of the basic ways to promote the healthy development of students,its reform and innovation has also been highly valued. Traditional physical education only pays attention to the development of physical quality,while ignores the comprehensive development of students’ psychological quality. Quality development training has a good effect on promoting students’ physical and mental health development and improving students’ social adaptability. Therefore,taking the application of diathesis development training in physical education teaching reform as the object,this paper makes an in-depth study and finds that diathesis development training can be integrated into physical education teaching reform in the aspects of sports skills teaching and students ’ psychological quality training,which can exercise students ’competitive consciousness and enhance their innovative ability. It is hoped that through the analysis and research,it can improve the application of diathesis development training in physical education teaching reform and promote the comprehensive development of students’ diathesis ability.
