摘  要:目前,内蒙古自治区部分学校尝试将蒙古族传统体育项目引入到学校体育中,如何让学生主动接受蒙古族传统体育、提高教学质量,是学校体育改革的前提和基础。本文运用文献法,对班杜拉社会学理论中榜样教育的四个阶段进行分析,制定各阶段的教学机制并运用到蒙古族传统体育项目的体育教学中。为推动蒙古族传统体育校园化,继承和发展蒙古族传统体育文化,促进学生身心健康发展,树立"文化自信",提高体育教学质量,提出指导性建议。At present,some schools in Inner Mongolia are trying to introduce Mongolian traditional sports into school sports. How to make students take the initiative to accept Mongolian traditional sports and improve teaching quality is the premise and basis of school sports reform. This paper uses the literature method to analyze the four stages of model education in Bandura’s sociological theory,and formulates the teaching mechanism of each stage and applies it to the physical education of Mongolian traditional sports. In order to promote the Mongolian traditional sports campus,inherit and develop the Mongolian traditional sports culture,promote the physical and mental health of students,establish"cultural confidence",improve the quality of physical education,guidance suggestions are put forward.
