新时代高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培养机制探析

摘　　要：高校党支部是党在高校的最基层组织,将高校教师党支部书记培养成为“双带头人”对加强我国高等教育内涵式发展具有重要意义。本文针对高校教师党支部书记队伍面临的诸如角色认知不明确、能力不足、工作投入不积极以及选配不到位等问题,指出高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的培养教育要突出针对性和精准性,全面落实培训工作,注重实效。A Party branch is the most basic organization of the Party in universities,and training Party branch secretaries of teachers in universities to be"Double Leader"has great signifi-cance for strengthening the connotative development of higher e-ducation in China.This study focuses on the problems faced by Party branch secretaries of college teachers,such as lacking of role recognition,competence,job involvement and mismatching,and points out that the"Double Leader"training of Party branch secretaries of teachers in universities should highlight pertinence and accuracy to implement the training work totally and pay at-tention to practical results.
