摘 要:为了补偿逆变器死区时间,本文将死区时间引起的误差电压等效成由扰动造成的,基于模型的扰动抑制方法及内模技术提出改进型内模控制方法。该方法在转子旋转坐标系下采用双补偿结构,将励磁分量和转矩分量的指令电压分别等效成外部扰动,将其影响反馈至输入端进行补偿,避免了电流极性的检测、改善了电流钳位效应。仿真结果表明,该方法使谐波得到了抑制,减小了电磁转矩的脉动,提升了电动机的低速性能。A modified internal model control method is proposed to compensate for the dead-time effect of inverter.This method is based on the disturbance rejection method and internal model method.This method used a double compensation structure in rotary reference frame.It treats the voltage of the excitation and torque components as the effect caused by disturbance.Then feds the effect to the input terminal and compensates it.The method avoids the detection of current polarity and improves the effect of current clamping.The simulation results show that the harmonics in output waveform are smaller.It reduces the fluctuation of electromagnetic torque and improves the performance in low-speed of the motor.
