摘　　要：职业院校专业技能文化建设与工匠精神相融合是时代发展的要求.职业教育的核心目标是培养学生的工匠精神,在校园中浸润工匠文化,在专业教学上结合理论知识和技能操作,培养学生一丝不苟、精益求精、爱岗敬业的匠人精神,为社会培养理论知识扎实、具有"匠心"精神的技能人才.It is the requirement of the development of the times that the construction of professional skills and culture and the spirit of craftsman are integrated. The core of vocational education is to cultivate students’ craftsman spirit, infiltrate craftsman culture in the campus, combine theoretical knowledge and skill operation in professional teaching, cultivate students’ meticulously, excelsior and dedicated craftsman spirit, and cultivate skilled talents with solid theoretical knowledge and"Craftsmanship"spirit for the society.
