摘 要:近年来,在电真空技术进一步发展和概念创新的基础上,借助于材料、工艺及微加工技术的进步,大功率毫米波器件取得了快速发展,诞生了大功率毫米波回旋行波管、W波段宽带行波管、准太赫兹行波管、毫米波扩展互作用速调管、集成微型行波管等新管型。在毫米波频段取得了输出功率100 W^100 kW、带宽6~10 GHz等标志性成果。利用上述性能优良的电真空器件结合雷达探测新技术,开展毫米波单脉冲精密测量及目标成像雷达、毫米波空间合成无源相控阵多目标监视雷达、毫米波微型行波管有源相控阵多功能一体化雷达、机载亚毫米波视频合成孔径雷达研究,突破大功率毫米波器件应用和发射机关键技术,实现大功率毫米波雷达空间目标的多维特征精细测量和成像等应用目标。In recent years, high power millimeter wave devices have been developed rapidly on the basis of further development and concept innovation of vacuum electronic technology, and with the progress of material science and micro-machining technology, including high power millimeter wave gyro traveling wave tubes, broadband traveling wave tubes, quasi-terahertz traveling wave tubes, millimeter wave extended interaction klystrons, miniaturized traveling wave tubes and other types of new tubes. In the millimeter wave band, a series of remarkable achievements have been realized such as tubes with output power of 100 W^100 kW or a wide bandwidth from 6 to 10 GHz. Using the progress in vacuum devices, combined with novel radar technologies, the researches on various radars including the millimeter wave mono-pulse precise measurement and target imaging radar, millimeter wave space combination passive phased array multi-target surveillance radar, millimeter wave miniaturized traveling wave tube active phased array multifunctional integrated radar and airborne sub millimeter wave video synthetic aperture radar have been implemented. In addition, significant breakthroughs in the applications of high power millimeter wave devices and key technologies of transmitters have been obtained. The multi-dimensional fine measurement and imaging of space targets have been successfully achieved by employing high power millimeter wave radars.
