摘  要:基于"高校教师工作压力与社会支持调查",对北京、山东、陕西、四川等省份的不同类型高校教师进行了问卷调查;运用因子分析、方差分析、结构方程模型等方法,对高校教师工作压力与社会支持的状况、影响因素及相关关系进行了分析。研究发现:高校教师工作压力偏高,社会支持状况有待改善,社会支持对工作压力的缓解有一定效果,工作负荷重、职业发展压力大、工作保障程度不够等方面让高校教师感受到较大压力。根据分析结果,可以从优化考评激励机制和多元化绩效管理、积极探索建立事业单位社保改革背景下的保障制度、提升信息与服务支持等方面着手改变。Based on the “survey of work stress and social support of university teachers”,this paper makes a questionnaire survey of different types of university teachers in Beijing,Shandong,Shaanxi and Sichuan,and analyzes the status,influencing factors and relevant relationships between work stress and social support of university teachers by using factor analysis,variance analysis and structural equation model.It is found that the work pressure of university teachers is on the high side,the social support still to be improved,the social support has certain effect on the relief of work pressure,and the heavy workload,the great pressure of professional development and the insufficient work security make university teachers feel great pressure.According to the analysis,we can optimize the evaluation and incentive mechanism,diversify performance management,actively explore and improve the social security system of institutions in the background of social security reform,and improve information and service support.
