摘 要:就业指导课程是高校职业指导工作的重要方式之一,当前高校就业指导课程建设还未有效满足大学生的群体及个体成长成才的综合需要。高校应基于大学生综合诉求的分析,明确课程优化导向,课程内容要确保满足大学生共性和个性需求,参照社会需求标准,高效推进课程教学、教材及信息化建设,聚焦师资队伍打造,运用遴选、培训、传帮带等方式提升教师专业水平,加强经费投入保障,优化课程建设评价机制,提升课程建设成效。The course of employment guidance is one of the important ways of vocational guidance in universities.At present,the construction of the course of employment guidance in universities has not yet effectively met the comprehensive needs of the growth and development of college-student groups and individuals.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive demands of college students,universities should make clear the guidance of curriculum optimization,ensure that the content of curriculum meets the common and individual needs of college students,effectively promote the construction of curriculum teaching,teaching materials and information technology,focus on the building of faculty and improve the professional level of teachers by means of selection,training and mentoring,strengthen the funding guarantee,optimize the curriculum-building evaluation mechanism and improve the effect of curriculum construction.
