摘　　要：本文借助商业生态系统理论,从管理仿生学视角对国家推进大中小企业融合的政策机理进行分析,并从生态系统内竞争秩序、稳定技术演化环境、集成协助平台和生态冗余四个角度提出相关的政策建议。Constructing the enterprise ecosystem has become an important way of competition for large and small enterprises.Based on the theory of business ecosystem,this paper analyzed the mechanism of large and small enterprises fusion development policy,and put forward policy suggestions from four bionics perspectives,which were competition order in ecosystem,stabilization of technological evolution environment,integration assistance platform and ecological redundancy.
