高校汉语国际教育本科专业创新型人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：近年来,汉语国际教育专业得到了长足发展,高校对于该专业人才的培养越来越重视,同时也提出了越来越高的要求。从高校目前汉语国际教育人才培养的现状出发,探讨其发展过程中存在的问题与面临的挑战,并依托对国内及国际汉语国际教育人才需求的分析,探讨汉语国际教育专业创新型人才的培养模式,提出专业发展和人才发展齐头并进的"双向发展"目标,构建高校汉语国际教育创新型人才培养模式。In recent years,with the development of the major of international Chinese education,more and more importance has been attached to the talent cultivation of this major and higher and higher requirements have been put forward.Starting from the current situation of the cultivation of talents of international Chinese education,the paper analyzes the problems and challenges it is faced with.Based on the analysis of the domestic and international demand for talents of international Chinese education,the paper also explores the cultivation mode of innovative talents of international Chinese education and suggests the goal of "two-way development" where professional development and human development go hand in hand.
