摘　　要：目的探究萨提亚模式家庭干预对中老年抑郁症患者自信心及人际交往能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院接受治疗的中老年抑郁症患者84例,采取随机数表法均分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规心理干预,实验组在对照组基础上给予萨提亚模式家庭干预3个月。干预前后,采用个人评价问卷(PEI)、德克萨斯社交行为问卷(TSBI)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估自信程度、人际交往能力及抑郁状况。结果干预后实验组的PEI评分、TSBI评分均明显高于对照组,而SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论萨提亚模式家庭干预能够增强中老年抑郁症患者自信心,提高患者的人际交往能力,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of Satir model-based family intervention on self-confidence and interpersonal skills of middle-aged and elderly patients with depression.Methods 84 middle aged and older patients with depression in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected from January 2017 to January 2018.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The experimental group was given conventional nursing intervention and Satir model-based family intervention for 3 months.The self-confidence,interpersonal skills and depression were assessed by using the Personal Evaluation Inventory(PEI),the Texas Social Behavior Inventory(TSBI) and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results The scores of PEI,TSBI and in the experimental group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the score of SDS in the experimental group after intervention were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Satir model-based family intervention might enhance the self-confidence and improve the interpersonal skills of patients with depression.
