Objective To compare the clinical efleets of octreotide intravenous injection and micropump injection in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis(MAP).Methods A total of 120 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from Jun 2018 to Jun 2019 were randomly divided into routine group and micropump group with 60 cases in each group.Based on basic treatment, the routine group received octreotide intravenous injection, and the micropump group adopted micropump injection. The symptoms relief time, levels of inflammatory factors and adverse effects were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The time of abdominal distension relief, abdominal pain relief, temperature recovery, diet recovery and blood amylase back to normal in the micropump group were significantly shorter than those in the routinc group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of octreotide micropump injection in the treatment of MAP is better than that of traditional intravenous therapy, deserving to clinical application.
