脱欧对英国成人教育的影响

摘　　要：英国技能劳动力短缺问题由来已久,脱欧后将更为严重。英国政府对此高度重视,并采取积极措施强化本土成年人技能培养,成人教育为此将迎来历史性的发展机遇。由于教育国际化和现代化水平的提高,英国成人教育机构同时也面临严峻挑战和来自国内外同行的激烈竞争。只有加强合作,创新发展模式,优化软硬件条件,才能有效应对脱欧后英国劳动力市场需求,促进成人教育蓬勃发展。The shortage of British skilled labor has a long history,and it will become more serious after Brexit.The British government attaches great importance to this and takes active measures to strengthen the skills development of local adults.Adult education will therefore face historic development opportunities.Due to the increasing internationalization and modernization of education,adult education institutions in U.K.also face severe challenges and fierce competition from their counterparts at home and abroad.Only by strengthening cooperation,innovating development models,and optimizing software and hardware conditions,can U.K.effectively respond to the needs of its labor market after Brexit and promote the vigorous development of adult education.
