摘　　要：我国教育事业正处于转型阶段,受到市场经济体系、传统教育机制等方面的影响,严重阻缓教育体系的完善效率。文章以大数据及其关键技术为切入点,对其技术特性进行论述,指出边疆地方高校转型发展中存在的问题,并对大数据技术在地方高校转型过程中的应用进行研究。China’s education is in the transition stage, affected by the market economic system, traditional education mechanism and other aspects,seriously hinder the improvement of the efficiency of the education system. This paper takes big data and its key technologies as the starting point,discusses its technical characteristics, points out the problems existing in the transformation and development of frontier local universities, and studies the application of big data technology in the transformation process of local universities.
