多层螺旋CT联合血清MMP-9、CD147检测在结肠癌术前分期的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT联合血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)评估结肠癌术前分期的价值。方法70例结肠癌患者于术前行MSCT检查,并进行术前分期;同时行血清MMP-9、CD147水平检测,与术后病理分期进行对照分析。结果MSCT评估结肠癌浸润深度的总准确度为88.6%,评估淋巴结转移的总准确度为84.3%。结肠癌患者血清MMP-9、CD147水平与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。MSCT联合血清MMP-9、CD147水平判断结肠癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移的准确度较单纯MSCT分别提高至95.7%、91.4%。结论结肠癌病理分期与血清MMP-9、CD147水平密切相关,MSCT联合术前血清MMP-9、CD147检测有助于结肠癌术前分期判断的准确度。Objective To explore the value of MSCT combined with serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(CD147)in the evaluation of preoperative staging of colon cancer.Methods 70 patients with colon cancer underwent MSCT before operation and preoperative staging.Serum MMP-9 and CD147 levels were detected simultaneously,and they were compared with postoperative pathological staging.Results The overall accuracies of MSCT in assessing the invasion depth of colon cancer and lymph node metastasis were 88.6%and 84.3%respectively.The levels of serum MMP-9 and CD147 in patients with colon cancer were related to the invasion depth of tumor and lymph node metastasis(P V0.05).The accuracies of MSCT combined with serum MMP-9 and CD147 levels in judging the invasion depth of colon cancer and lymph node metastasis increased to 95.7%and 91.4%respectively compared with those of MSCT alone.Conclusion The pathological staging of colon cancer is closely related to serum MMP-9 and CD147 levels.MSCT combined with preoperative serum MMP-9 and CD147 detection is helpful for the accuracy of preoperative staging of colon cancer.
