摘　　要：当今世界范围内开展的文化遗产运动旨在维护人类文化多样性,这对以民族国家为单位的文化遗产保护传承提出了新的命题与挑战。跨境共生的非物质文化遗产既包含民族国家的文化政治与社区主体的身份杂糅,也体现出文化共同体的互动互惠。中越天琴文化作为跨境遗产的创新传承,为“一带一路”沿线国家文化遗产保护提供了有益的经验与启示。Today's world-wide cultural heritage movements aim at preserving the diversities of human cultures,which brings new themes and challenges to the preservation and inheritance of cul tural heritages by nations.The intangible cultural heritage cross national borders not only relates to the blend of the cultural politics of nation-states and the identities of communities,but also dis plays the interaction and reciprocity of cultural communities.This paper centers on Tianqin(a string instrument)culture at the China-Vietnam border,and analyzes its heritage values and crossborder symbiosis principles by reviewing its generative scheme and developing mechanism.China-Vietnam Tianqin culture,as an innovative inheritance of cross-border heritage,also provides useful experience of and inspiration for cross-border cultural heritage preservation for countries along the Belt and Road.
