摘 要:本文通过对人力资本理论和人力资本投资的主要方式,如在职培训、健康、迁移、教育及其回报率的相关文献的回顾,梳理了20世纪50年代以来人力资本理论的发展脉络。人力资本理论对于解释经济增长,居民收入增长和分配,工资差异及其变化发挥重要的作用。与以往文献不同的是,本文指出在估计中国教育收益率方面需要注重数据的适用性问题。本文的研究发现:(1)未来人力资本的研究的范围需要扩展至学龄前儿童的人力资本投资方面;(2)研究内容需要结合中国的城乡和地区差异特点进行更加细致的研究;(3)人力资本测量上在解决内生性方面需要更深入的研究。This paper reviews the development of human capital theory and variant human capital investments,such as on-the-job training,health,migration,education and its returns since the 1950s.Human capital theory plays an important role in explaining economic growth,income growth and distribution of income,wage differences and their changes.In reviewing the research on the return rate of human capital theory on education,the difference between this paper and the existing literature is that the former emphasizes the applicability of data in estimating the rate of return on education in China.The innovation of this paper is to point out that in future research of human capital,its scope needs to be extended to the human capital investment of preschool children.Further,the research content needs to be combined with the characteristics of urban-rural and regional differences in China and the measurement of human capital needs to be more in-depth in solving the endogeneity.
