摘　　要：目的探讨EAF2表达与前列腺癌上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测82例前列腺癌及46例良性前列腺组织中EAF2和EMT标志蛋白的表达,分析蛋白表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果EAF2在前列腺癌组织中的阳性率(40.24%)明显低于良性前列腺组织(69.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EAF2表达与前列腺癌临床分期、WHO/ISUP分组以及患者生存相关(P<0.05)。EAF2与E-cadherin表达呈正相关(r=0.363,P=0.001),与vimentin(r=-0.255,P=0.021)和N-cadherin(r=-0.271,P=0.014)表达呈负相关。结论EAF2表达与前列腺癌的EMT表型、患者预后及生存具有相关性。Purpose To explore the relationship between EAF2 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and the clinical significance in prostate cancer.Methods Expression and distribution of EAF2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical method in 82 cases of prostate cancer and 46 cases of benign prostate tissues.The relationship of EAF2 expression with clinicopathological features of prostate cancer was analyzed.Results The rate of positive expression of EAF2 in prostate cancer tissues(40.24%)was significantly lower than that in benign prostate tissues(69.57%,P<0.05).EAF2 expression was significantly positively associated to clinical staging,WHO/ISUP degree and survival of patients in the prostate cancer(P<0.05).EAF2 expression was positively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin(r=0.363,P=0.001),and negatively correlated with that of vimentin(r=-0.255,P=0.021)and N-cadherin(r=-0.271,P=0.014).Conclusion EAF2 expression is correlated with EMT phenotype tissues,poor prognosis and survival of patients with prostate cancer.
