摘　　要：目的探讨ZNF750的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法收集115例喉鳞状细胞癌及56例对应癌旁正常喉组织,另收集6对新鲜喉鳞状细胞癌组织及配对癌旁正常喉组织。采用Western blot法和免疫组化法检测喉鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁正常喉组织中ZNF750蛋白的表达;采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Cox比例风险回归模型分析ZNF750蛋白表达与喉鳞状细胞癌患者预后的关系。结果ZNF750在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达明显低于癌旁正常喉组织(P<0.05),ZNF750蛋白表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),同时喉鳞状细胞癌患者中ZNF750蛋白高表达组的总生存率均高于ZNF750低表达组(P<0.05)。结论ZNF750在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关,其有望成为预测喉鳞状细胞癌患者预后的指标。Purpose To investigate the expression of ZNF750 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 115 informative patients with surgically resected LSCC and 54 normal laryngeal tissues were enrolled.In addition,6 cases of fresh laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and paired adjacent normal laryngeal tissues were collected.Western blot and immunohistochemistry(IHC)were utilized to assess the expression of ZNF750,and the relationship between the expression of ZNF750 and clinical characteristics was also analyzed.The relationship between ZNF750 and prognosis was statistically analyzed by the methods of Kaplan-Meier curve and Cox proportional hazard mode.Results The expression of ZNF750 in LSCC was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05),and the protein expression of ZNF750 was closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of LSCC(P<0.05).At the same time,the overall survival rate of patients with high expression of ZNF750 protein in LSCC was significantly higher than that in patients with low expression of ZNF750.ZNF750 is an independent prognostic factor in LSCC.Conclusion The expression of ZNF750 in LSCC is related to lymph node metastasis and TNM staging,and it can be used as an index to predict the prognosis of patients with LSCC.
