摘 要:采用Link 3900 NVH台架试验机对提升机盘式制动器进行定压、定速摩擦测试,得出提升速度为5~30 m/min、制动压力为1~3.5 MPa条件下的平均摩擦因数和稳定磨损率变化规律。通过TM3000扫描电子显微镜分析摩擦片在2 MPa制动压力和不同提升速度条件下的表面磨损形貌。研究结果表明:提升机盘式制动器的摩擦因数随制动压力的增大呈减小趋势;低速挡条件下的摩擦因数较大;中速挡条件下的磨损受制动压力的影响较小;低速挡和高速挡条件下的稳定期磨损率数值较大,且波动性显著;提升速度的增大将显著加速黏结剂的改性,高速挡条件下的基体纤维出现了部分不规律性分解。Link 3900 NVH bench test machine was used to test the friction of disc brake of hoist at constant pressure and lifting speed.The change rule of average friction coefficient and stable wear rate under the conditions of lifting speed of 5~30 m/min and braking pressure of 1~3.5 MPa were obtained.The surface wear morphology of friction discs under 2 MPa braking pressure and different lifting speeds was analyzed by TM3000 scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the friction coefficient of disc brake of hoist decreases with the increase of braking pressure.The friction coefficient is larger under the condition of low speed gear.The wear of medium speed gear is less affected by braking pressure.The steady wear rate under the condition of low speed gear and high speed gear is larger,and it varies significantly with the fluctuation.Increasing the lifting speed will significantly accelerate the modification of the binder.The matrix fibers were decomposed irregularly at high speed.
