摘 要:针对煤炭生产中广泛使用的液压提升机,推导了其驱动系统和制动系统的数学模型,利用AMESim软件建立了兼具驱动系统和制动系统的液压提升机仿真模型,并利用Simulink软件设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,分析了大惯量变负载工况下液压提升机的调速特性。结果表明:驱动调速过程中,负载的变化幅值和变化频率是影响速度跟随精度的关键因素;制动过程中,随机负载导致液压马达制动延迟,并引起较大的速度超调量。Deduced the mathematical model of drive system and brake system for the hydraulic hoist,which has been widely used in the coal production field.The AMESim was used to establish the simulation model of hydraulic hoist with both driven system and brake system,and the Simulink was used to design the fuzzy adaptive PID controller.The speed regulation characteristics of the hydraulic hoist under the condition of large inertia and variable load was analyzed.It shows that the magnitude and frequency of the variable load are the key factors affecting the speed following accuracy.The random load will cause the brake delay and will lead to a large speed overshoot in the braking process.
