摘 要:为了满足自驱动关节臂测量机(AACMM)测量精度对结构设计的要求,通过分析测量机的结构和测量工作原理,确定了引起测量和定位误差的误差源,并对关键零部件进行设计和选型,在此基础上建立了三维样机。利用不同测量姿态下的测量机静态变形和不同运动测量速度、测量姿态下的刚柔耦合变形值来指导测量机结构优化设计。仿真实验结果表明,测量机静态变形误差最大值降至0.41 mm,重复定位精度达到0.01 mm,满足设计要求。In order to meet the structure design requirements for measuring accuracy of self-driven articulated arm coordinate measuring machine(AACMM),the error sources causing measurement and positioning errors were determined by analyzing the structure and working principle of the measuring machine,and the key components were designed and selected.On this basis,a three-dimensional prototype was established.The structural optimization design of measuring machine was guided by the static deformation of AACMM under different measuring postures and the rigid-flexible coupling deformation values under different measurement velocity and postures.The simulation results show that the maximum static deformation error of the measuring machine was reduced to 0.41 mm,and the repetitive positioning accuracy reaches 0.01 mm,which meets the design requirements.
