摘 要:心肌损伤是肿瘤化疗常见的并发症,是肿瘤患者预后的影响因素之一。早期识别并干预化疗相关心肌损伤十分重要。目前常用的临床、影像学及实验室检查方法均存在不足之处,而PET/CT显像目前尚未广泛应用于化疗相关心肌损伤。该文就目前PET/CT显像在化疗相关心肌损伤动物实验及人体试验中的应用及不足进行综述。Chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity is common and has become one of the factors that affect the prognosis of patients.Early identification and intervention of chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity is very important.Currently,the commonly used clinical,imaging and laboratory examination methods have their own shortcomings,while PET/CT imaging has not been widely used for chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity.This article reviews the current application and deficiencies of PET/CT imaging in animal experiments and human trials of chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity.
