摘 要:[目的]建立了QuEChERS-气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)同步测定香蕉中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯等40种农药残留量的方法。[方法]样品以1%(体积分数)乙酸-乙腈为提取溶剂,经QuEChERS法净化后,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法在多反应监测(MRM)模式下检测,基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。[结果]在0.050~1.000 mg/kg范围内,40种农药的线性方程具有良好线性,相关系数(r2)均≥0.99;检出限(LODs)范围为0.005~0.010 mg/kg。在0.050、0.100、0.500 mg/kg 3个添加水平范围内,平均回收率在71.2%~110.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2%~12.1%范围内。[结论]该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、重复性良好,适用于分析香蕉样品中多种农药残留量的定性和定量分析。[Aims] A method for simultaneous determination of 40 pesticide residues in bananas, such as organophosphorus, organochlorine, and pyrethroid pesticides, was developed by using QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS). [Methods] The pesticides in banana were extracted with acetonitrile containing 1%(v/v)acetic acid and purified by using the QuEChERS pretreatment method, analyzed by using GC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode and then quantified by the matrix-mached external standard calibration curve method. [Results] The results showed that all 40 target analytes displayed good linear relationships in the range of 0.050-1.000 mg/kg with correlation coefficients(r2) more than 0.99. The limits of detection(LODs) ranged from 0.005 to 0.010 mg/kg. The average recoveries at spiked levels of 0.050, 0.100, 0.500 mg/kg for all target compounds in the samples were in the range of 71.2-110.9%, with relative standard deviations(RSD) of1.2-12.1%. [Conclusions] This method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity and good repeatabilit, which can be applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 40 pesticide residues in banana samples.
