摘 要:针对盾构拼装机举升油缸的同步控制需求,设计了液压缸的运行轨迹,提出基于PLC的闭环同步控制系统,该系统由举升油缸、磁致伸缩传感器、S7-200可编程控制器等组成。经现场调试运行,系统实现了举升油缸的自动化控制,并且在油缸上升和下降过程中具有自动纠偏功能,控制精度可达±2 mm,运行稳定可靠,消除了人工操作带来的实时性误差,有效提高了拼装机举升管片的同步精度和效率,为后续管片的精确就位奠定基础。For the synchronous control demand of lifting oil cylinder in shield assembly machine,the running track of hydraulic cylinder is designed,and a closed loop synchronous control system based on PLC is put forward,which is composed of lifting oil cylinder,magnetostrictive sensor and S7-200 programmable controller.The field test and operation,the system realizes the automation control of the lifting oil cylinder,and in the process of the oil cylinder rising and falling with functions of automatic adjustment,control precision can be up to±2 mm,stable and reliable running,elimination of errors in real-time by manual operation,effectively improve the spell power lifting segment synchronization precision and efficiency,lay a foundation for the subsequent segment accurately in place.
