技艺移民与工艺差异可视化:以陕南传统油纸伞为考察中心

摘　　要：陕南传统油纸伞的制作工艺源起于历史上伴随移民文化而生发的"技艺移民"。湖南移民孙氏携带油纸伞技艺来到陕南并将其发扬光大,因此,孙氏家族是研究陕南油纸伞工艺源起和发展过程的重要族群。通过可视化展现和解析制作工序、工艺原理,能够将既往不易于流传的隐性经验知识"显性化",为濒临失传的陕南传统油纸伞制作工艺留存示范性图像参考。油纸伞制作工艺的差异对比正是借用可视化工艺图稿,以期记录和留存此项濒临失传的手工制作技艺,探索如何使其成为植根于当代社会生活的文化形态。The manufacturing process of traditional oil-paper umbrellas in southern Shaanxi originated from the"skilled migration"that have been accompanied by immigrant culture in the history.The Sun family from Hunan province brought the oil paper umbrella technology to southern Shaanxi province and carried it forward.Therefore,the Sun family is an important group in the study of the origin and development of oil-paper umbrella technology in southern Shaanxi province.By visualizing and analyzing the production process and principles,we can make the recessive empirical knowledge explicit,which was not easy to be spread in the past,and preserve the secret of the model image for the production process of the traditional oil-paper umbrella,which is on the verge of being lost.The difference and contrast in the production process of oil-paper umbrella is exactly the use of this kind of visual process drawings,in order to record and preserve this endangered handmade craft and explore how to make it a cultural form rooted in contemporary social life.
