摘 要:在体外抗癌活性筛选结果指导下,通过粗提、萃取、反复柱层析及重结晶等方法,对滇产柄果海桐(Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep)枝叶的有效部位进行化学成分分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析鉴定出7个单体的结构,分别是二十四酸甘油酯(1),β–豆甾醇–3–O–β–D–吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),β–豆甾醇(3),咖啡酸(4),(2S,3S,4R,8E)–2–[(2R)–2–羟基二十五酰胺]–8–十八碳烯–1,3,4–三醇(5),楤木脑甙(6),葡萄糖(7).单体1-7均属首次从该植物中分离得到.细胞毒试验表明,单体2,3,5,6具有细胞毒活性,对人白血病细胞系(K562)的IC 50分别为12.0、4.6、20.0μg/mL和14.0μg/mL.The chemical constituents of Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep were studied.Seven of compounds were isolated from this plant by column chromatogramphies of silica gel.Their structures were identified by spectral data analysis.All these compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant:tetracosanoicacid glyceride(1),β–stigmasterol–3–O–β–D–glucopyranoside(2),β–stigmasterol(3),caffeic acid(4),(2S,3S,4R,8E)–2–[(2R)–2–hydroxypentacosanoylamino]–8–octadecene–1,3,4–triol(5),Aralia cerebroside(6),glucose(7).Cytotoxicity screening of extracts and the compounds from Pittosporum podocarpum Gagnep was carried out by K562 cell.Four compounds(2,3,5,6)possess cytotoxic activities and the IC 50 are 12.0,4.6,20.0 and 14.0μg/mL for K562,respectively.
