基于双层频权剪叉算法探讨中药治疗重症肌无力用药规律

摘　　要：通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等数据库中中医药治疗重症肌无力的文献,采用双层频权剪叉算法计算方剂的功效权值,并归一化各功效的权值,生成重症肌无力类方热图、网络图,对中药治疗重症肌无力的用药规律进行挖掘。结果共纳入文献68篇,整理得到124首中药复方,含单味药159味。热图及网络图分析结果得到治疗重症肌无力的中药可归为补心肝肺脾肾、平肝熄风、温阳祛湿、活血化瘀等16组功效组合,以及治疗MG的代表药对组合有26组。分析结果显示重症肌无力的方剂治疗注重调理五脏,且各有偏重。针对脾胃,注重补益脾胃、健脾和胃;针对肝胆,注重清肝、疏肝、平肝、清胆;针对肺,则先辨寒热,寒者多用细辛、麻黄宣发肺气、温肺化饮,热者多以黄芩、丹参、石膏、生地黄等清热泄热;针对心,除了注重清心补心,还注重活血化瘀;针对肾,则以温肾补肾为主,并兼顾肝脾,佐以祛风湿、除痹、强筋骨等药。研究结果为深入探索中药治疗重症肌无力的方法提供了借鉴。The articles about the treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG)with Chinese medicine were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang database, Chongqing VIP database, and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and then the double frequency weight pruning algorithm was adopted for the calculation of weight value of the therapeutic actions of the included prescriptions. After the weight value of the therapeutic actions of the included prescriptions was normalized, heat map and network diagram of herbal categories for MG were obtained, and then the medication regularity for the treatment of MG with Chinese Medicine was explored. The results showed that a total of 68 articles,124 Chinese medicine prescriptions,and159 herbs were included into the analysis. The analysis of heat map and network diagram showed that the herbs for the treatment of MG can be classified into 16 categories of herbs for tonifying heart, liver, lung, spleen and kidney,herbs for calming liver and suppressing wind,herbs for warming yang and expelling dampness,herbs for activating blood and resolving stasis,etc.. A total of 26 representative drug pairs were also obtained. The results indicated that the treatment of MG should address the importantce of regulating five zang organs with specific therapies. For regulating spleen and stomach, therapy for tonifying spleen and stomach, and therapy for invigorating spleen and harmonizing spleen were used. For regulating liver and gallbladder,therapies for clearingliver,soothing liver,calming liver and clearing gallbladder were adopted. For regulating lung,differentiation ofcold and heat syndrome should be performed firstly, and then herbs with the actions of dispersing lung qi,warming lung to dissolve fluid retention such as Herba Asari and Herba Ephedrae were adopted for the treatment ofcold syndrome,and herbs with the actions of clearing heat and purging heat such as Radix Scutellariae,RadixSalviae Miltiorrhizae,Gypsum Fibrosum and Radix Rehmanniae were adopted for the treatment
