摘  要:针对温室环境多参数监控问题,设计了一种监控系统。该监控系统以PLC控制器为控制核心,对温室环境内的空气温湿度、光照度、二氧化碳浓度和土壤温湿度等环境参数进行实时监测,与适宜农作物生长的环境参数进行比较判断,调节温室农业生产要素,使之满足农作物高效生长的需求,保障温室环境农业生产,同时温室监控系统引入PLC应用技术、远程无线通讯技术、组态技术等,实现人机交互、实时监控。测试表明,该系统快速可靠准确,可用于温室农业环境监控,亦可作为高职学生实践教学系统,对提高温室农业自动化水平及PLC实践教学有一定的应用价值。A monitoring system is designed for the multi-parameter monitoring problem of greenhouse environment. The monitoring system takes the PLC controller as the control core, and monitors the environmental parameters such as air temperature and humidity, illuminance, carbon dioxide concentration and soil temperature and humidity in the greenhouse environment in real time, compares and judges the environmental parameters suitable for crop growth, and regulates greenhouse agricultural production. The elements make it meet the needs of efficient growth of crops, ensure the greenhouse agricultural production, and introduce the PLC application technology, remote wireless communication technology and configuration technology to realize human-computer interaction and real-time monitoring. Tests show that the system is fast, reliable and accurate, can be used for greenhouse agricultural environment monitoring, and can also be used as a practical teaching system for higher vocational students. It has certain application value for improving the level of greenhouse agricultural automation and PLC practice teaching.
