动脉瘤介入栓塞术与颅内动脉瘤夹闭术治疗高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的对于高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者采取动脉瘤介入栓塞术和颅内动脉瘤夹闭术进行治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果进行探讨。方法对于过去三年接诊的高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者资料100例开展分析,根据入院顺序奇偶法对所选高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者进行分组,给予其中50例高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者颅内动脉瘤夹闭术进行治疗,将其作为对照组,给予剩余50例高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗,将其作为研究组,对比两组高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的恢复良好与中度残疾例数显著高于对照组,重度残疾以及植物生存例数显著低于对照组,两组高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者临床治疗效果对比存在显著统计学差异。结论临床中对于高分级动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,为其提供动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗效果优于颅内动脉瘤夹闭术,应用给予大力的推广与应用。Objective To explore the specific methods and therapeutic effects of interventional embolization and clipping of intracranial aneurysms for patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods The data of 100 patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted in the past year were analyzed.The selected patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were grouped according to the parity method of admission sequence.Among them,50 patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage underwent intracranial aneurysm clipping.The remaining 50 patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were treated with interventional embolization of aneurysms,and the two groups were treated as study group.The clinical effects of two groups with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were compared.Results The number of patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage recovered well and moderately disabled in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The number of patients with severe disability and plant survival was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion For patients with high-grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,interventional embolization of aneurysms is superior to clipping of intracranial aneurysms,and its application should be promoted and applied vigorously.
