摘　　要：通过对《伤寒论》中汗、吐、下等治法的剖析,探究《伤寒论》中关于"给邪以出路"的思想。认为汗、吐、下等治法实为治病祛邪的一种手段,根据祛邪方式可分为外路、上路、前路、后路、络路,使有形或无形之邪有路可出,以达邪去正安之效。并举验案1则。To investigate the "way out for the evil" method recorded in the Treatise on Cold-Induced Diseases by analyzing the methods of diaphoresis, vomiting and purgation, etc. As a way to expel pathogenic evils, the "way out for the evil" method can drive the visible or invisible evil out of human body from the exterior, interior, anterior, posterior and collaterals. Once the pathogenic evil is expelled, the healthy qi can be preserved. One case is exemplified.
