摘　　要：近代岭南瘟疫频发与西学东渐带来的社会变迁,给广东中医造成巨大而深刻的冲击,引发广东中医实践者们由此开始反思传统中医理论体系,探索与西医学、近代科学的对话方式,以适应时代、社会的发展。基于对《广州近代老中医医案医话选编》与《广东中医药专门学校赠诊医草》的探讨,认为近代广东中医在日常临证中呈现出别样的学术风貌,他们秉持中医的固有理论,以证括病,执证驭繁,故在面临新的传染病时能从传统理论中汲取经验,制定应对策略;而在日常的学术探究中,传统经典内的命题依然是他们热切关注的话题。同时近代广东中医始终在中医学术规律内发展,他们对仲景经方的探索,对叶天士、吴鞠通温病学术的传播与发展,以及对本土经验的持续重视与吸纳,逐渐建构起独具特色的岭南医学流派。这种"于常治变,于变有常"的特征,展现了中医学术体系的灵活性与稳定性,以及强大的生命力。The frequent occurrence of plague in the Lingnan area in modern times and the social changes brought by the eastward spread of western learning have caused a huge and profound impact on Guangdong traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners,which resulted into the rethinking of the theoretical system of TCM,and the exploration of the way to dialogue with western medicine and modern science,so as to adapt to the development of the times and the society.With the Selections of Guangzhou Modern Veteran Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors’Medical Cases and Notes(abbreviated as the Selections)and the Medical Record of Free Clinic by Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine Special School(abbreviated as the Medical Record of Free Clinic)as the examples,the analysis results showed that the modern Guangdong TCM doctors presented their firm attitude to the TCM theory in their daily clinic.They made the corresponding therapeutic strategy for the newly infectious diseases according to the experience in TCM theory through governing the disease with the syndrome,and the classic TCM theory was always their hot topic during the routine academic discussion.By exploring the classic formulae prescribed by ZHANG Zhong-Jing,by communicating and developing the doctrine of febrile diseases established by YE Tian-Shi and WU Ju-Tong,and by adopting the experience of local practitioners,the modern Guangdong TCM doctors constructed the unique Lingnan medical doctrine following the TCM theory.The features of Lingnan medical doctrine in treating deteriorated syndrome with conventional therapeutic principles and grasping the general regularity of the deteriorated syndromes indicate the flexibility,stability and powerful vitality of the theoretic system of TCM.
