摘　　要：目的探索个案管理对严重精神障碍患者社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法在重庆市招募选取严重精神障碍患者240例,采用单组同意Zelen’s设计随机对照研究,将患者分为个案管理组(125例)和常规随访对照组(115例),使用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行调查。结果重复测量方差分析结果显示两组患者在SDSS、WHOQOL-BREF量表评分上组间比较、时间主效应、交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论个案管理可以改善严重精神障碍患者的社会功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of case management on social function and life quality in patients with severe mental disorders.Methods A total of 240 patients with severe mental disorders in Chongqing city were selected and randomly divided into case management group(125 cases)and routine follow-up control group(115 cases)using single group agreed Zelen’s design randomized controlled study.They were assessed with Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF).Results The results of repeated measurement variance analysis showed that there existed significant differences in total scores of SDSS and WHOQOL-BREF between two groups,time main effect,and interaction(P<0.01).Conclusion Case management can improve the social function and life quality in patients with severe mental disorders.
