体育游戏法在高校女生体育教学中的作用研究

摘　　要：体育游戏法是高校体育教育中重要的教学方法之一,它能够融入到各项体育教学项目当中,能够有效的活跃课堂氛围、调节师生关系、提升女大学生的课堂参与度和提高教学效果,有利于女大学生对运动技能的快速掌握和终身体育的形成。通过文献资料法和综合分析研究,阐述体育游戏法在女大学生体育教学中的作用,旨在为高校体育教育的全面发展提供有益参考。Sports game method is one of the important teaching methods in college physical education.It can be integrated into various physical education programs,which can effectively activate the classroom atmosphere,adjust the relationship between teachers and students,enhance the participation of female college students and improve teaching.The effect is conducive to the rapid mastery of sports skills and the formation of lifelong sports for female college students.This paper expounds the role of sports game method in physical education of female college students through literature research,comprehensive analysis and other research methods,aiming to provide useful reference for the comprehensive development of college physical education.
