摘 要:为了加强学科建设和学科发展,开放实验室对新仪器新设备的需求极为迫切。出于场地限制及统一管理需要,如何在对现有仪器不降场、不搬移的情况下完成核磁实验室硬件升级改造,以适应新的核磁共振仪器安装,成为难题。目前高校中针对多台核磁共振仪进行现场保护施工的案例可谓凤毛麟角。通过兰州大学核磁大厅的升级改造实践,在设备防护、压缩空气气体管网、通风系统、施工监管等方面做了探索,以期对其它核磁实验室类似升级改造有所借鉴和帮助。For the purpose of discipline construction and development,the need for new instruments in open nuclear magnetic resonance laboratories is large.Due to limited space and the need of unified management,how to complete the upgrades of nuclear magnetic resonance laboratory hardware without losing the magnetic field or moving of existing instruments before the installation of new ones has become a difficult problem.At present,there are few cases in universities when it comes to carrying out in-site protection construction for multiple nuclear magnetic resonance instruments.Through the practice of upgrading the nuclear magnetic resonance hall in Lanzhou University,the aspects of instruments protection,compressed air gas pipe network,ventilation system and upgrading process supervision are introduced,in order to help other nuclear magnetic resonance laboratories for the similar upgrades.
