摘　　要：介绍了山西医科大学基础医学院实验室在新校区教学和科研运行过程中,改革创新实验室教学和实验室管理机制,强化统筹,充分利用各个学科专业优势。以大学科和共享实验技术为出发点,建立一支结构合理、业务过硬、精干高效的管理和实验技术队伍,在此基础上建立了满足学生实验教学、科研训练、创新、交流的中心实验室共享平台,为学校创建智慧型实验室进行了尝试和探索。Introduces innovative teaching and laboratory management mechanism,exploration of constructing the multidisciplinary sharing experimental platform in School of Basic Medicine of Shanxi Medical University's new campus,setting the central laboratory sharing platform as a starting point large-disciplinary and the sharing experiment technology,making use of the advantages of academic disciplines,and improving the management mechanism together with enhanced coordination.To establish a well-structured,professional and efficient management and experimental technology team based on large disciplines and shared experimental technology.It satisfies the central laboratory sharing platform of experimental teaching,scientific research training,innovation and communication,and tries and explores to create intelligent laboratory for the school.
