高校重点实验室开放与大型精密仪器管理的探究

摘　　要：开放实验室是培养高端人才、科研技术发展的重要基地。根据高校实验室的现状和普遍存在的问题,针对内蒙古农业大学草原与资源环境学院教育部重点实验室开放范围,以及重点实验室的大型仪器利用率低、维修滞后等现状,提出了大型仪器(大精仪器)的双重功效具体改进措施,为学校的教学、科研工作顺利、优质、高效开展提供必要保障,并且明确研究方向,传承技术方法,营造学术氛围,发挥团队合作作用。Open laboratory is an important base for developing high-end talents and scientific research technology.According to the present situation and common problems in the laboratory of university,this paper puts forward the concrete improvement measures for the dual efficacy of large instrument(Large precision instrument)for the teaching and scientific research work of the school,aiming at the low utilization rate of the large instrument and the lag of the maintenance of the major instruments in the key laboratory.To provide the necessary guarantee for high quality and high efficiency,and clear research direction,inherit technical methods,create academic atmosphere,and play the role of teamwork.
